Gia Lai currently has 44 ethnic groups living together, of which ethnic minorities (ethnic minorities) account for over 46%. Projects and research topics have been put into immediate application in production and life of ethnic minority areas, bringing about high efficiency, creating jobs for thousands of local workers, practically contributing to accelerating agricultural and rural industrialization and modernization, poverty alleviation, and improvement of people’s material and spiritual lives; at the same time contribute to preserving and promoting the national cultural identity, step by step minimizing customary laws and customs in ethnic minority areas.

However, the replication of models and topics of science and technology in the province still faces many difficulties; The transfer of science and technology into practice is not much.
